Sendia is a content automation platform that helps creators and businesses generate, schedule, and publish video reels and posts to connected social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The Service may use artificial intelligence to assist in creating scripts, images, voice narration, and assembled videos.
To use most features you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook), and Google (YouTube). When you connect an account, you authorize Sendia to access and publish content on your behalf through that platform's official API. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You may revoke Sendia's access at any time through the connected platform's settings. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party integration.
Portions of the Service rely on artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("User Content"). You grant Sendia a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your User Content solely as needed to operate the Service and publish on your behalf. Sendia retains all rights to its platform, software, design, and branding. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and perform maintenance, without liability to you.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved before the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Sendia operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
