When you connect TikTok, Sendia uses the following permissions:

video.publish - to upload and publish video content on your behalf.
user.info.basic - to display your TikTok username and profile picture within Sendia.

We do not access your TikTok followers, direct messages, or any personal data beyond what is required for content publishing. Data obtained from TikTok is handled in accordance with TikTok's Privacy Policy. You may revoke Sendia's access at any time via TikTok Settings → Security & permissions → Connected apps.

6. Google / YouTube Data

Sendia's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only the permissions needed to upload and publish videos to your YouTube channel, and we do not use this data for advertising or transfer it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may revoke access at any time at your Google Account permissions.

7. Meta / Facebook Data

When you connect Facebook, we use the permissions required to publish content to the Pages you manage. You may revoke access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

We retain your account information, tokens, and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, or earlier upon your request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data is stored on private, secured infrastructure. Access tokens are stored with appropriate protections, and we apply technical and organizational measures to guard against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can disconnect any platform at any time from within Sendia or from that platform's settings. To delete your account and associated data, disconnect your platforms and email us at maxvalenzuel4@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process verified requests within 30 days.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
